Founder

Frederick J. Koelle is a CPA with 30+ years of experience.  In 1984 Fred founded his practice with the intent to provide personalized service and help individuals and businesses take the stress out of tax planning and preparation.  Today, F.J. Koelle & Associates P.C. remains a personalized, boutique-orientated professional service.

Fred’s greatest pleasure in running the firm is the opportunity it provides him to make new friends and help people.  His personal motto “I have friends I haven’t even met yet” illustrates his interest in cultivating personal relationships as a means to providing superior service.

Previously, Fred has been the Chief Financial Officer of two new economy businesses, Dexpo.com and Assetline Inc.  In those capacities, he has experience in the creation of business models, the creation of financial reporting structures, management of the international taxation of e-commerce transactions, and the conduct of private placements, et al.

Mr. Koelle has authored many educational workshops and seminars; including The Philadelphia Free Library’s guest speaker series, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants in their continuing professional education series, The Entrepreneur Works, Enterprise Center and Womens Opportunity Resource Center in their emerging business incubators.

A 1977 graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Mr. Koelle was certified in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1982. He is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Societies of Certified Public Accountants and is a past Treasurer of the Rotary of Philadelphia and current Treasurer of the Bucks County Harley Owner’s Group. Fred lives with his wife Linda in Abington Pennsylvania and is a father of two and grandfather of one. Fred can frequently be found pursuing his passion, riding one of his Harley Davidson motorcycles.
