ABOUT F.J. KOELLE & ASSOCIATES
A Certified Public Accountant with 25+ years experience, Frederick J. Koelle founded his practice in 1984 and oversaw its development into a respected local accounting firm. Fred Koelle is well versed in accounting systems design, financial reporting, audit, tax compliance and representation et.al. Fred has authored many educational workshops; among them the representation of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants in their continuing professional education series. He has also been the Chief Financial Officer of two new economy businesses, Dexpo.com and Assetline Inc. In those capacities, Fred’s has experience in the creation of business models, creation of financial reporting structures, management of the international taxation of e-commerce transactions, and the conduct of a private placements, et al. A 1977 graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Fred was certified in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1982. He is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Societies of Certified Public Accountants and is the past Treasurer of the Rotary of Philadelphia.
